Yes, real estate seems to be the biggest negative at the moment - both from a purchase and rent view.  From the purchase side, it seems that the real estate bubble has reached absurd levels in many metros.  On the renting side, rents aren&#039;t cheap either.

Nice blog.. would love to read your take on India this time... and what your thoughts on the pros and cons of moving back!  I have been visiting India every year and I feel things have improved - particularly in Delhi.  But the dampener is the real estate cost in most metros.
